How it works

Ten separate shares, out of our own revenue.

What it costs youNothing extraYour fee is still a flat 1% on paid tickets. Running your event on Presso is the whole contribution. It is a tie-breaker, not the pitch.

The count

Ten is a number we had to earn.

Two organisations used to sit on this list and no longer do, and neither was dropped on merit. Both are commitment platforms you join rather than organisations you can give a share of revenue to.

The SME Climate Hub is free, so there is no donation to make. 1t.org took pledges of trees rather than money, and stopped existing under that name in January 2026 when it became the Forest Future Alliance.

Removing them took the list from twelve to exactly ten - the only count at which ten one-per-cent shares add up to the ten per cent we publish. We would rather say that plainly than keep two logos that made the row look longer.

What is missing, and why

You will notice there is no "we have given £X" number here. That is deliberate, and it is the same discipline we apply to your fee.

Attributed amounts go up when they are computed from our actual revenue records rather than typed into a page by hand and left to drift. A specific, public, stale charitable figure is worse than none, and hand-maintained numbers across several sites is exactly how one goes stale for months without anyone noticing.

When the figures are computed, this page will show the share funded by Presso Events revenue, and the group total will stay onthe Presso Network page.

The limit

It shapes what we buy, without overriding good sense.

Where two tools do the same job, the one with the stronger climate posture wins. That rule has a limit, and we would rather state it than pretend otherwise: we stayed on a cheaper host rather than pay several times over for a greener one at our size.

The pledge shapes the stack; it does not override frugality, and a commitment funded out of real revenue only stays funded if the business stays alive.
