How it works

From a sentence to the door.

Six things happen between you describing your event and your attendees walking in. You do the first two. Most of the rest is already done by the time you look.

Step 01 · once, ever

Get an account, or connect your AI.

Create your organisation at my.presso.events - a name and a passwordless sign-in, no card. If you would rather drive it by talking, add the Presso Events connector to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or anything else that speaks MCP. Both doors open onto the same account.

Step 02 · every time after

Describe the event.

Set one up, change a price, move a session, add a speaker, pull the numbers. Plain English in the window you already have open, or a form in the portal. The server interviews you rather than guessing: it will not invent a venue, a price or a refund policy, and it refuses the call if you leave one out.

The guardrails, in full

Move the keynote to 10:30.
update_sessionKeynote moved. The agenda is live already.
get_agendaDay one now runs 09:00 doors, 10:30 keynote, 11:30 workshops.
Step 03 · the money

Tickets sell on your own Stripe.

Bring the Stripe account you have or create one in the flow. Cards, wallets and 3D Secure are Stripe doing what Stripe does. You are the merchant of record on your own account, so the money is yours the moment it lands, it pays out on your Stripe timetable, and we never hold it. Our 1% comes off in transit.

Step 04 · nothing sells until you say so

Publishing needs your yes.

Publishing is the moment a stranger can be charged. The server will not do it until the event has a venue, a refund policy and real ticket types, and then only when the full price list has been read back to you and confirmed. If what comes back does not match what is about to go on sale, nothing publishes.

Yes, publish it.
Step 05 · the attendee

A confirmation that opens the event.

The buyer gets an email with their ticket, a check-in code for the door, and a link to your event app: agenda, speakers, rooms. It opens in the browser, so there is nothing to install and nothing to remember at the gate.

The audience stays yours.

Every buyer, with contact details, exportable to CSV whenever you like and usable in whatever mail tool you already run. We do not market to your attendees and we do not charge you to reach them. Next event, you are not starting from zero.
